Junior UI/UX Designer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to create user-centered designs for our web and mobile applications.
2. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and user flows.
3. Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure the design meets the needs of our users.
4. Work with the development team to ensure the design is implemented correctly.
5. Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. At least 1 year of experience in UI/UX design.
2. Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and thought process.
3. Proficiency in Figma and collaboration software e.g Notion, Click Up and Trello.
4. Knowledge of user research and usability testing.
5. Good understanding of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
is an extremely plus.
6. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
